What You’ll Need Before You Start

1. Cisco Packet Tracer

All labs are built for use in Cisco Packet Tracer. Packet Tracer is a network simulation tool that allows users to design, configure, and troubleshoot virtual networks using routers, switches, and other devices without needing physical hardware. If you don’t already have it installed on your computer, you can download it for free by clicking the link below. All you need to do is create a Cisco Networking Academy account.

2. CCNA-Level Knowledge

These labs do not teach CCNA topics — they test your ability to apply them. Before diving in, you should already have a solid understanding of:

How will I receive the labs after purchase?

Inside the lesson, you will find a download link for the lab file. You can click the link to download the file directly to your computer, then open it in Cisco Packet Tracer to start working on the lab. All labs are delivered digitally—no physical products will be shipped.

What if I have trouble opening or using a lab?

We provide basic support via email. If you have technical issues, you can contact us at support@fixthenetwork.com. Support is limited to helping you access the files or troubleshoot basic issues with Packet Tracer.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the labs?

We offer a full refund as long as you have not viewed, downloaded, or completed more than 5 labs within the product you purchased. If you have accessed more than 5 labs, refunds are not available under any circumstances. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at support@fixthenetwork.com. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

Do you provide lab answers or step-by-step solutions?

Yes. Each lab will have an answer key that will show the misconfiguration and the steps to fix the issue.
