These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.fixthenetwork.com (the “Site”) and the services, products, digital downloads, features, and content we provide (collectively, the “Services”), including Packet Tracer labs, instructional exercises, and answer keys.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Services.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are accessing on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.


2. Account Registration

Some Services require creating an account on Podia, our third-party content delivery platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.


3. Digital Products & Licensing

License Grant: When you purchase or access digital products (e.g., preconfigured Packet Tracer labs, exercises, answer keys, or course material), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

Restrictions: You may not:

  • Share, resell, copy, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise exploit our products or Services without prior written permission.

  • Use the labs, exercises, or answer keys as your own work in academic or certification contexts.

  • Alter or modify the content for commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property: All content, including lab files, topologies, exercises, written answer keys, video tutorials, and instructional materials, is owned by FixTheNetwork.com and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All labs, topologies, and instructional materials are original creations of FixTheNetwork.com.

Nominative Use of Trademarks: Any use of third-party trademarks (e.g., Cisco®, CCST®, CCNA®, CCNP®, Packet Tracer®) is solely to identify the subject matter of our educational content and is done under nominative fair use. We do not claim any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by these companies.


4. Purpose & Educational Disclaimer

The Services are educational tools designed to help students learn networking concepts by analyzing device configurations, identifying misconfigurations, and applying troubleshooting techniques.

Use of the labs does not guarantee passing any certification, employment, income, or other outcome. Success depends entirely on your effort and application of the material.


5. Payments & Billing

Fees: Prices for our Services are listed at checkout and may change at any time without notice.

Billing & Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor, and accounts are managed on Podia, our content delivery platform. By submitting your payment, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method. FixTheNetwork.com is not responsible for technical issues, errors, or delays caused by Podia or Stripe.

Refunds: We offer a full refund as long as you have not viewed, downloaded, or completed more than 5 labs within the product you purchased. If you have accessed more than 5 labs, refunds are not available under any circumstances. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@fixthenetwork.com.


6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, unauthorized, or commercial purpose.

  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features.

  • Share, publish, or resell labs, answer keys, or other content without authorization.

  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authorization to use the Services.

  • Use the labs or answer keys as a substitute for official coursework or certification exams.

  • Upload or transmit malware, spam, or harmful code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or block access if these Terms are violated.


7. Third-Party Services

  • The Services are hosted on Podia, which manages user accounts, content delivery, and downloads. FixTheNetwork.com is not responsible for Podia’s technical operation, availability, or security measures.

  • Payments are processed via Stripe, and FixTheNetwork.com is not responsible for Stripe’s operation, errors, or delays.

  • Use of Podia and Stripe is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.


8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of lab configurations or answer keys.

  • Fitness for certification, academic, or employment purposes.

  • Non-infringement of third-party rights.

  • Error-free, uninterrupted, or secure operation.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixTheNetwork.com, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Any lost profits, certification opportunities, employment, or academic outcomes.

  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Services in the three months prior to the claim.

You acknowledge that use of the Services is at your own risk.


10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FixTheNetwork.com and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services.

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

  • Misuse or redistribution of labs, topologies, or answer keys.


11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our Site. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


12. No Affiliation or Endorsement

FixTheNetwork.com is an independent educational provider. Our labs, exercises, and materials are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cisco Systems, Inc. or any other third party.

Cisco®, CCST®, CCNA®, CCNP®, and Packet Tracer® are trademarks of Cisco Systems, Inc., and all rights remain with their respective owners. Use of these trademarks is solely for educational identification purposes.

All labs, topologies, exercises, and answer keys are original creations of FixTheNetwork.com.

We make no claims or representations that use of our Services will comply with any licensing, employment, or certification requirements outside of the educational context.


13. General Legal Protections

  • Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the full agreement regarding the Services.

  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.
